As we were walking around Heritage Station shops (more to come on that soon!) we noticed a Cafe called PAX. I was instantly intrigued just by the name itself and I knew they had once been Moonlight Cookies which a few of my friends had had and really enjoyed.
When you walk in the cafe, there is a really cool mural that could be a unique *Instagram spot* if you're into that. There were bright, yellow chairs which made the environment welcoming and some really neat art on the wall. The lady who was at the counter was very kind in answering my questions (aka are any of the cookies vegan) and they got our order ready really quick. I ended up ordering the southern sweet tea, and let me tell you, it was SOUTHERN sweet tea - just the way I like it! Mom ended up getting a chocolate chip cookie and enjoyed it. PAX also has a lunch menu that looked delicious, so definitely heading back to try that!
It seems like a place that I would want to take my laptop and get work done. It's warm and inviting, but different from other Cafe's that I've seen which I appreciate. Definitely give them a try! (Oh, and they are a restaurant on Door Dash as well, if you're into that!)
